@rkramb You can run it the same way. Just do the primary lift and ditch the light one. You'll be fine. If you need more volume at some point, add a second backoff set in Week 1.
I had been on the Radically Simple Strength Intermediate Template for about 7 mo. I was making slow but steady progress until around the new year. I thought maybe its time to switch to the Advanced Template & sure enough - first workout of week 3 hit a new 1RM PR. @HornStrength
