now put the 30 fps in new sequence of premiere of 60fps
then put the 60fps certain comp over where u need it,
its too much hassle just don't do it lol

@letsgoRayyan Idk if it will help but my mobo has a red led flash which kinda flashes during boot for each component. If it gets stuck on one that is usually the source. See if you got one too.
