For the past STS that we werent able to get the colors for grand prizes cuz of the glitches do u think it's possible maybe to open up to color swatches for us or even to were we can buy them with simcash or coins. Would love some of the locked colors. @SimGuruSanah @TheSimsMobile

@TheSimsMobile @SimGuruSanah what's the point of asking for help with the free skip in the festival if they wont do it. Got denied even tho we where told to email them if we owned all lots and couldnt pass and they would help us.... should have known.

@TheSimsMobile Pointless. They'll give you useless info and a run around and then in the end they'll say they cant do it. Dont waste your time or effort. Or risk them breaking your game....
