@FedSlayer F-14s were retired 5 years early because they were maintenance hogs and cost per flight hour was soaring. An F-14 division, normally 4 a/c, is 3 airplanes with 2 working radars. There was no blue water naval threat. The F-14s were replaced with F/A-18Fs to reduce operating costs.

@EricLDaugh The Constitution requires the federal government to guarantee each state have a republican form of government. That means representatives elected democratically. California is not a democracy. It's government is not constitutional. The feds (Trump) should step in.
