@MaxKuchie@CDNPolicyHawk@SharpMango@theiaincameron Had to read up on that one. Looks like it will involve extending the Tibbitt to Contwoyto Winter Road with a permanent road from Jericho to Grays Bay. Still no year round road into Nunavut.
@CDNPolicyHawk@SharpMango@theiaincameron Happy to stand corrected but I don’t believe there are any winter roads that cross into Nunavut currently. The Tibbitt to Contwoyto Winter Road previously did but it stopped going into Nunavut since the diamond mines it serviced closed.
@SharpMango@theiaincameron Definitely doesn’t connect to a road network. It would be in one of the isolated Inuit communities that have a few roads within the town but no network between them. There’s also no road that connects Nunavut to any other province or territory in Canada.

@MacLeodLisa Do the trained minds know that this photo was from 2019 and this was in response to a shooting in Strasbourg the year before?

@JasonWall740@KevG163 The Grey Cup pre-dates the CFL. It was first awarded to the champions of Canadian rugby in 1909. The CFL wasn’t formed until 1957.
