🚨The Persistent Obamacare Enrollment Fraud🚨
We estimate 6.2 million improper ACA exchange sign-ups in 2026—27% of total sign-ups, an unchanged % from 2025.
Taxpayers will fund up to $25B in improper subsidies—nearly 1/4 of all projected ACA spending.

Kudos to @DrOzCMS and @POTUS. They do not get nearly as much credit as they deserve for ending the skin substitute scam.
Ending this scam is part of their affordability agenda.
Their actions:
1) Save taxpayers $25b a year
2) Save seniors $130 a year in lower Part B premiums
Major health care affordability achievement: By limiting the skin substitute scam, the Trump administration saved federal taxpayers $250 billion over the next decade and seniors $130 a year in lower Medicare premiums.
🚨 @brian_blase to @DrOz: You’re the most lobbied man in Washington.
More money is spent on healthcare lobbying than the entire defense industry x6‼️
Patients and taxpayers don’t have lobbyists. Protecting their interests is essential.
“Enrollment at any cost” was not a health care strategy. It was an invitation to billions in ACA fraud.
@DrOzCMS highlighted Paragon’s primary research exposing how zero-dollar plans and weak program integrity fueled improper and phantom enrollment.
Really excited about the 1st hearing of the House Select Committee on Healthcare Affordability next Thursday and Friday (April 30- May 1). The committee will spend both days talking with industry experts to get a common understanding of healthcare pricing in Texas and the reasons, events and policies that brought us here.
Many companies and groups have reached out to me or my staff with ideas that they believe will help solve the un-affordability problem in healthcare. While we will address solutions in future hearings, we are planning to use next week’s meetings to level-set with members to try to reach a common understanding of root causes.
I firmly believe that with a common understanding of the history and perverse incentives that drive so much of healthcare, our committee members will be able to arrive at policy solutions that will make a significant positive impact for our constituents.

How do government policies drive consolidation, undermine competition, and fuel soaring prices? Look no further than Hospitals.
