@currys It baffles me that you can take the money in a second - but need 5 working days to refund. This is a month with money that is not yours. Using ‘back office’ as a reasoned that it is not processed

@currys I have done this on several occasions. you will tell Me it is ‘passed to the back office’ and will be refunded in 5 days - though it never is. I went into store yesterday. They also tell
Me it will be refunded in 5 working days refund now expected next year due to BH & weekend
