Your Gen Z colleagues keep checking, wondering why a simple acknowledgement or update should take so long. Meanwhile, those of us who have grown accustomed to these delays keep reassuring them: “I am following up.” To them, this makes little sense. Their questions remind us how easily we normalise practices that deserve to change.

@allenkab33 I do not think a helicopter might have helped that much, unless you have people who are dangerously stranded on the rooftop, but a truck like this is very helpful for fire fighters to reach the level where there is fire, at GOICO it would have helped a lot!
