14 days b4 my daughter was stolen we were cuddling in our bed waiting for daddy to come home from work, just singing lullabies & reading. This lullaby was one that she loved & would sing often with me. If you try really hard you can hear her beautiful melody over my voice.

Not all teachers are on board with current policies - they're just unable to retire out of a very changed system. I think current policies are an over correction to support marginalized students and prevent suicides

I think communication is key to understanding and when doors close, people delete accounts it's a loss - trolls are entertaining and sad.

Captain Nichola Goddard was a true example of leadership. As an Artillery Officer she effectively led her unit through harrowing situations, supported her comrades, and was highly respected by her peers. Sadly, in May 2006, she was killed in an ambush in Kandahar, Afghanistan, making her the first Canadian woman soldier to die in a combat role.
She was 26 years old.

The Captain Nichola Goddard Fund provides national funding to directly benefit community programs that support servicewomen, Veteran women, and their families, which help address the unique challenges related to military life.
