๐จ๐จWe are screaming at the top of our lungs. We are sounding the alarm. We need to get back to work๐จ๐จ https://t.co/HVDgjRJJ2B
Just yesterday, three young men were killed in a fight over drinking water. People are so deprived of the most basic necessity of life, that they are now dying trying to access it.
The situation in Gaza is desperate, and it is quickly deteriorating.
People need water. They need food. They need the basic essentials required to stay alive. And The Sameer Project needs to be able to respond.
But we do not have consistent funding to operate at the capacity Gaza demands. And yet people are waiting, they need our assistance.
We need monthly donors.
Consistency allows us to plan. Gaza needs stability. And in a place where almost everything has been made uncertain, your monthly donation allows us to show up not just today, but tomorrow.
Please sign up to become a monthly donor today: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100 - whatever you can commit to consistently. And then send this to everyone you know. Ask your friends. Ask your family. Ask your coworkers. Ask your community to sign up with you.
We are sounding the alarm because this is critical now. Monthly giving means daily survival. Help us get back to work.

We canโt help this woman anymore. And we canโt help the patients who have nowhere else to go to manage chronic diseases that do not stop simply because funding does.
Please please help: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1
On July 25, The Sameer Project medical team returned to Al Borak Displacement Camp in West Gaza for a second follow-up visit. We saw 63 patients who were examined, including 37 chronic disease patients who received their medications for free - treating conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and atrial fibrillation.
For these patients, follow-up care is not optional. Hypertension and diabetes do not pause during displacement. Asthma does not wait for medicine to become available. Atrial fibrillation does not become less dangerous because someone cannot afford treatment.
We built this campaign around continuity: examine patients, provide their medication, return to monitor them, and make sure they are not abandoned. And now we cannot return.
Patients who relied on us to replenish their medications and manage their conditions are being left without that care because we do not have the funding to continue.
These are preventable medical emergencies waiting to happen!! We need $1,500 on average for each mobile Medical Day for Chronic Diseases. Help us bring this initiative back. Become a monthly donor of our Medical Campaign and give us the stability to keep returning - because chronic illness requires just thatโฆconsistency: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1
