An ordinary citizen with an idea regarding term limits. 

I read Declaration of Independents by Greg Orman serval years ago and it resonated. 

Here is how this might come to fruition.

1. Grandfather existing members of congress for 10 years. 

2. House and Senate members move to 4 year terms with max of 8 years. 

3. Fresh ideas and people are entering  the government regularly and career politicians go away. 

Poke holes in this.
