It seems like Apple Intelligence is
playing the classic disruption playbook powered by on-device #AI. Right now things that go beyond the capability of its iPhone chips go to the cloud. So what happens when the chips are powerful enough to handle more queries? #Apple wins.

Kind of insane that a <1 year old European #AI startup was able to do this. US VCs are probably looking at their own portfolio companies and thinking - "where is all our money going?". Capital efficiency will be the next meme in #VC.
