Are there issues with claiming delay repay at the moment? Every ticket I upload is never recognised, so I have to provide manual info, but I don’t often have the specific ticket cost, so my claim can’t continue. @EastMidRailway
@the_town_bike@EastMidRailway I was told by station staff it was so EMR train crews wouldn’t work over their hours - you’re right though Jon, unfortunately the EMR issue won’t go away, little to no competition + disdain for their customers.
@EastMidRailway Perhaps you could also make your pricing fairer, I used to buy my tickets direct, you changed your pricing recently. I now have split ticket & have to move seats midway, for a local journey buying direct is over 30% more expensive e.g £20 vs £30+

@MBonvoyAssist Hello, trying to claim a stay/points from early April, when trying to upload a copy of the bill jpeg, the online form seems to reject it / doesn’t hold it, so then I can’t proceed any further, is this a common issue?
@EastMidRailway Dear East Midlands Railway, any plans to carry out maintenance on your intercity trains? Not the best view out, and also the carriage smells, I suspect its the carpet which has years of engrained dirt & food
@grayheath56@SimonWilsdon@AutoInfatuation Interestingly for Merc, there are a few Authorised Service Centres left up and down the country, these were originally franchises but remain for servicing only. Still a main dealer “stamp” but specialist esque spproach at a vastly reduced labour rate.

There is plenty EMR could do to improve their services, Their partial refit was amateur, Their staff complaining to customers about their 9+% pay increases to name a couple. Just a poor sub standard operator.
