@JosephUmmel@USAOWTC It´s interesting to see how they normalized this weirdness and randomness and turned it into such an important movement. @USAOWTC#WTCisms
What I like about Surrealism is that as an art that focuses on the human spirit instead of reason or objectivity, there are no limits t where you can take it. It opens many options for progress and inventing new things, for being creative. Like art is taught now @USAOWTC#WTCisms
@JosephUmmel@USAOWTC If there is no worker/property interaction and everyone would serve for themselves, society as a whole would be very inefficient and progress a lot slower @USAOWTC#WTCMarx
Marx mentions that private property is both the cause and effect of the alienation of labor. This estraingement is what is damaging society, but then who msut own the means of production? @USAOWTC#WTCMarx
@AbdelNait2@USAOWTC also it has helped in many fields that focus on humans. At the end we are animals and we need to adapt in order to progress, and this can be applied to many many things. @USAOWTC#WTCDar
"an elephant or a fox will not breed under confinement in its native country, whilst the domestic pig or dog will breed freely under the most diversified conditions". Adaptation is the most important thing for survival. @USAOWTC#WTCDar
@JoelLan72618966@USAOWTC and because the goal is to transmit the emotions of the artists, they can only communicate this through the form of their pieces. "Form is the boat in which artist ferry us to the shores of another world" @USAOWTC#WTCPostImp
I think many of these artist reflect a lot of individualism in the sense of creating new perceptions and new styles in order to become famous and make a name of themselves @USAOWTC#WTCPostImp
@gothgirl015@USAOWTC I like this idea, it is a great way to expose current injustices and the daily struggles people have to go through @USAOWTC#WTCReal19
Realism seems to focus on current true things but it is interesting how at the same time it can me combined with allegories and symbolism. Burial at Ornans is a great example of this @USAOWTC#WTCReal19
Victor loses sense of what is really important in life until Frankestein kills his loved ones. He put science before everything, and that pulled him away from reality and from the important things in life. @USAOWTC#WTCFrank2
@musicmajcr@USAOWTC You don´t know what is bad unlesss you know what is good. What is good enough and what is bad enough to be considered bad or good? @USAOWTC#WTCBlake
