@LeShuttle I have seen a lot of improvements in the past 13 years, traveling regularly with @LeShuttle But some things seem to be recurring. Traffic control, lane control and handling busy days (start of half term can’t come as a surprise) remain poorly handled.

@LeShuttle Small correction on your update on the website. Check in is delayed, but we made it on time, checks were all fast and fluid… unfortunately ready to board on time for our train, but lane control is terrible. Lanes with G have gone on the 13:20 train, and we are moved to the 13:50
