@shawngorham To a point where I can't understand getting to pay anything at the hospital. I can't wrap my head around the concept.
Sure we pay taxes, but it covers 100% of our healthcare.
@shawngorham I don't know why I see your message on my feed today. But I broke my leg at a hockey game. The whole process: radio graphy, orthopedist, surgery, etc and I have no clue how much it costs. We don't even see the bill in Canada. Same thing for my mother's heart surgery 2 years back.
@LlpartainLori@JDVance Right? Like Trump who signed the actual CUSMA starting it was the best deal ever and now he says it's bad and doesn't respect the agreement. One cannot trust some countries.

The largest DIY chain RONA was acquired by Lowe's, Tim Hortons/ Burger King, Alcan/Rio Tinto, Nexen/CNOOC,Inco/Value, Falcon ridge/Xstrata, ATI Tech/AMD,etc. Opposite happen less often.
@palmbtcX@WallStreetMMA And eventually, stability and regulated protection of Canadian banks have allowed them to grow outside Canada. BMO operates in 30countries, TD has a large footprint IN US East coast. Scotiabank is deployed in Latin America, etc.
@TedLohr@ColterUSA@MeidasTouch Correct. This Canadian and many of my friends refuse to buy USian goods as much as possible. Fruits, veggies, yearly trip to US, cruise from US line. If we have options we certainly take it. Spain oranges are delish!
@Houseofburns01@Acyn@cardon_brian Stockpile existed during the Biden era. August 25, Trump "obliterated" the stockpile. April 26, the stockpile is back. The destroyed again, then back then destroyed?
