@British_Airways I am guessing your teams are working hard to sort the lost bags. I reported mine 14 hrs ago in YYR, BA0093, but no email or text to acknowledge. Unusual. Tried to register again, but 'report lost bag' page seems to hang. Too many reports? Public update?
@British_Airways Annoyingly, there are a number of 'agents' that appear to be from you like @BritishMaxwell and @BritishXXX who have said they are from you. Very frustrating.
@BritishVictor Already had two other @British_Airways people get in touch including @BritishMaxwell - here’s hoping you can close the loop. Lack of feedback from system is frustrating
@British_Airways Yes. And this is why it is surprising that I haven't had anything from WorldTracer (having been through this process 4-5 times before). No email, no text. And no way of registering, hence coming to Twitter...
@British_Airways Thanks. The problem is that I don't have a reference number (no email, no text, had bags lost 4-5 times before, so know the procedure) and the registration/logging in page doesn't go beyond the username and password so can't generate a registration.
The best way to gauge the quality of someone’s ideas isn’t to listen to them talking. It’s to read their writing.
Compelling speakers can mask weak logic with strong charisma. Putting key points on a page exposes flawed reasoning.
Compelling writing requires clear thinking.
Tomorrow, a crucial piece of legislation around healthcare will be scrutinised by MPs.
It will happen in a committee room, away from the main chambers, on a whisper.
If it passes, it will worsen the health of the UK population.
Did you know about it? No?

@MartinBromiley The problem with taxonomies is that they shoe problems into spaces. I’d also look at Rasmussen’s hierarchical model of risk management and AcciMap. Much better to look at relationships and interactions than outcomes. https://t.co/IvEzKup5I9
