The Bombay High Court has upheld the supersession of the managing committee of Brahma Suncity Cooperative Housing Society in Pune and confirmed a five-year disqualification of its members for failing to provide statutory documents to a member. The court ruled that prolonged non-compliance and disregard of official directions amounted to a serious breach of statutory duty, reinforcing transparency and accountability in cooperative housing societies.
