Absolutely appalling complaints handling from @TUIUK. Paid £1600 for 4 nights, including extra for a FULL sea view room - sea barely visible for trees. Asked for a refund for the room upgrade, not compensation. Tui refuse before we didn't report it via their app 🙈.
