Traité de la lumière (Treatise on Light) . What is this? This is my work regarding the Theory of Light which was a result of my study on the Impact Phenomenon. Each particle itself is the source of a new wavelet. Buy it and read it!
One of my masterpieces... Horologium oscillatorium... in this book I not only talk about my pendulum clock, but it contains many more of my other discoveries I even talk about gravity and the influence of it along a cycloidal path!
You guys knows famous philosopher and mathematician Rene Descartes? The Descartes rule in math? Well, needless to say, I impressed him with my skills. He always visited me in my home when I was young!
Ahhhh, 1661 - Montmort Academy. To think... I formulated this principle of mechanics! This states that the center of gravity or system of bodies, when acting only under the influence of gravity can not rise above the level from which it initially falls.
@aristolteninya That's real cool mang! I'm extremely interested, what ideas have you started? Did they cause controversy in the astronomical world? You know that besides my Theory of Light, I also helped enhance the scope of telescopes.
I HATE, when people ask how I'm relevant to the science industry. Huygens Theory of Light - every point on a wavefront is a source of wavelets. These wavelets spread out in the forward direction at the speed of light. +The new wave front is a line tangent to all the wavelets.
My brain is HUGE! I somehow think of so many things. For example, in 1680, I designed an internal combustion engine that ran off gunpowder. Although I never physically built it... I'm still WICKED SMAHT.
Formulas, oh how much I love using formulas. + I calculated the formula for centrifugal force: the outward pushing force on a rotating body. Is that lit or what?
@cas5ini interesting, I heard you discovered much more too. I am in fact very interested too, maybe one day they'll send out an object to further study the rings of Saturn. #ImproveTheWorld#Technology
@cas5ini yo, I see that you are extremely interested in Saturn! I am too, in fact, recently I have turned one of my improved telescopes towards Saturn. I think Saturn has rings surrounding it. #Lit
I don't ever want to hear a sailor talking down to me! I improved your sea clocks, which helps determine the position of ships in the sea. #Lit#HelpTheWorld

Not only was I elected a member of the Royal society. In 1666, I made the first director of the Royal Academy of Science. I don't know if the doctorate I received in 1665 had anything to help. #GETSMARTFELLAS
