Cynics say Bihar can not change. Sharing a real story to challenge the narrative.
In Chhath Puja 2021, Sri Vijoy Kumar Singh, Special Chief Secretary, CM Office and Dept of Cooperation, Govt of Punjab, was in his hometown, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
The thriving textile cluster you see today in Muzaffarpur was a ghost town then. He played a key role in the transformation. During our conversation last year, he anticipated a minimum of half a million jobs from this textile cluster. It seems his dream is well on its way to becoming a reality.

This picture will haunt me and probably, all of you, for a long time. This is perhaps the most terrible accident I have seen in my service. The horribly mangled coaches are probably the ones hot by Train no.12864 coming from the other side, within seconds of the derailment.
Proud to perform and give a shot at singing in the company of the guitar wizard @HvsinghIndia and melodious @Abhishek_IRTS .
