- Assume competence (author may have a different context)
- Provide specific, actionable feedback
- Focus on the code (avoid personal criticism)
- Clearly mark nitpicks & optional comments

@kvlly Recently hired an intern. As part of the interview process I asked them to solve a problem in react I had to recently solve myself. Seeing them come up with a similar solution as to what I did, gave me a lot more confidence than I'd ever get from asking them to code on the spot
