So just to make everyone aware if you book a package through TUI with easyJet flights and easyJet cancel your flight you are literally ON YOUR OWN!! No food vouches, no hotel whilst you wait your

@TUIUK 1/2 we are currently stuck in palma, we booked a package holiday through you but the flights were easyJet flights. The flight was cancelled last night. Easy jet said no hotels available and TUI said they couldn’t help as it is an easyJet flights! So we had to sleep on the

@TUIUK Yes, I have been informed but we are your customers and we were stranded over night in an airport with no food vouchers or anything? Do you not have a duty of care to your passengers that you have taken the money from for a package holiday!?

But we have to make our own way there, 5 hours on the train at our own expense and then claim back! Surely this is not usual TUI service?

2/3 floor in the airport! The flight today is to Manchester so we then have to get to Luton to get the car! No help or food vouchers - just abandoned! We have talked to easyJet holiday customers from our flight and they all got hotels and have a taxi from Manchester to Luton!
