@mcuban Yep. Organizations will always need leaders to make key decisions. But most other transactional jobs will be done by software/agents. So how do you build up experience for the next cohort of leaders? This might be the answer.
I used to wonder how people set up complex sub-agents to let Claude Code run for hours. Then it hit me: just ask.
If I know a task will be complex, I share that in planning mode. CC plans the subagents, builds hooks, sets up self-checking—then I let it run for an hour.
I am proud to announce that I have successfully completed the world’s first USA coast to coast fully autonomous drive!
I left the Tesla Diner in Los Angeles 2 days & 20 hours ago, and now have ended in Myrtle Beach, SC (2,732.4 miles)
This was accomplished with Tesla FSD V14.2 with absolutely 0 disengagements of any kind even for all parking including at Tesla Superchargers.
Domestic violence is a terrible global issue, hitting millions of American taxpayers including right here in LA. Consider fire rehabilitation, homelessness, crippling infrastructure, cost of living, and declining TV/Film industry, is this really the time for Los Angeles to act as the world’s shelter for DV victims?
Prioritizing this over our own citizens objectively adds risk and further strains our city’s already limited resources.
People often jump straight to “AI agents,” but providers can't rely on something non deterministic. Ask an LLM the same question ten times and you'll get different answers.
What providers actually need is a HIPAA compliant system that follows clear, repeatable logic. If BCBS sends code A, bill code A. If it fails, try B... Humans get bogged down doing that branching logic over and over. Computers can do it all day and all night.
The interesting part is how AI makes this accessible now. Coding these workflows manually used to take huge engineering budgets, so only large healthcare companies could afford real automation. Now AI can build these deterministic workflows cheaply and handle the “human only” parts too, like reading documents that look different each time.
At @docflowlabs we use AI to build payer specific workflows for DME providers and let them run in a deterministic, HIPAA compliant way. Feel free to DM.
@andrewmccalip@andrewmccalip - I’m in the same boat- waiting for the August invoice to be generated so I can use the GPT 4 API. It’s September 6 and still no invoice! How about you?
