माननीय न्यायालय के आदेश पर 2015 पारित मेडिकल लैब कैडर रिव्यु को आज तक लागू नही किया गया, CTO, STO के सभी प्रमोशनल पद खाली चारों हस्पतालों में खाली पड़े है, स्टाफ से जुड़े सभी प्रशासनिक, कानूनी आदेशों की धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही है, ऐसा लगता है सारा ध्यान केवल कुछ कैडर पर केंद्रित है

केंद्र के हस्पतालों में लैब कैडर की हालत दयनीय है, DOPT के आदेशों के बाद भी लैब कैडर के 50% से भी ज्यादा पद खाली पड़े हैं एवं लैब कार्य को MTS के द्वारा कराया जा रहा है प्रशासन बेपरवाह
Even the Administrative decisions of higher authorities are not followed seriously, they better know how to delay the process to victimize staff. What kind of reward is this for Lab Professionals who are actual Corona Warriors.
Whether the Court is only option for everything ?

Sir kindly see that there is serious victimization of Lab staff of VMMC at Safadarajng Hospital. 35 Medical Lab Technologists have been struggling for settlement of very basic issues like MACP, Confirmation and seniority etc.
The Hospital Administration has no mechanism to address the grievances of their staff. There is a nexus of people who are working in very self style & arbitrary manner. Court cases are increasing day by day due to apathy of administration, causing serious frustration among staff
