At the closing ceremony of AFS Forum 2026, @ICOYACA with support from @AGRA_Africa through @GenAfrica_, has officially launched the Youth in Trade Charter.

“The Charter is a practical framework developed through consultations with young people to help translate the opportunities of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) into real outcomes for youth.” @Emolot_AD, Chairperson ICOYACA.

The launch also featured the unveiling of African-preneur Magazine: Across Borders Beyond Barriers, a publication showcasing inspiring stories of young African entrepreneurs who are breaking barriers, overcoming challenges and building successful businesses across the continent.

🌍 DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 6 SEPTEMBER!

Young entrepreneurs, there is still time to prepare your business to trade across Africa.

The AfCFTA Export Readiness Virtual Bootcamp is for young entrepreneurs under 35 who are interested in importing or exporting goods and services across the continent.

From 9–12 September 2026, join practical virtual classes designed to help young businesses better understand and prepare for opportunities in regional and continental trade.

Who should apply?
Young entrepreneurs under 35 interested in importing or exporting goods and services. Having completed an introduction to AfCFTA is an added advantage.
