CS2's current implementation of bunny hopping (since 2026-01-21 update) has to be one of the wackiest things I have ever seen for a bhop mechanic, with lots of spaghetti madness.
I wrote a detailed report about it here: https://t.co/9J6jaFvu7U
@vioocsgo@ZacrosCS@itzsagka So you want premium features for free?
And how exactly should they keep things running? With a 2-minute ad before every game?
If you won't/can't pay a few bucks for better matchmaking, maybe the problem isn't that serious, or you should focus on your real life instead. 😉
@FACEITcs Yeah, that's a somewhat unfortunate title to choose for the new season while you're under allegations of introducing seasons mainly to farm platform engagement. 😬
I wasn't able to play much last season, but the reset breakdown looks alright. I'm curious to see how my recent performance affects the placement results. See you all in-game! @FACEITcs#S9#FACEITReloaded
@ThourCS2@CounterStrike That would make absolutely no sense.
Letting the player base vote would most likely lead to the same outcome as simply removing the least-played map.
They should either remove the map which has been in the pool the longest or let pros decide.
Cache is the least played CS2 map in Premier.
But don't worry, Valve will remove Anubis next season for Train, then remove Cache for Overpass, then remove Train for Cache, then remove Overpass for Anubis, then...
@grobPC Oh, I am sorry, I assumed I was talking to someone with a similar technical background who could explain his decisions.
Anyway, before you prompt your AI helper to death in an attempt to convince me of your "opinion", I will close this conversation from my end.
@grobPC "There isn't a single good player using it" isn't a technical explanation for why someone shouldn't use it.
My favorite pro plays 4:3 black bars with 500 eDPI. Does that mean I should use it too?
Valve even recommends it. And I'm pretty sure they know how their own game works.
The old @FACEITcs reporting system worked way better.
Manual tickets with evidence attached took about two weeks and usually led to action. Now, even detailed reports with marked rounds, screenshots, and a video often lead nowhere, even for obvious cases like refusing to defuse.
@FACEITcs Why? I mean, there's literally no benefit to implementing this. I can't think of a single thing I'd want to tell the enemy team during halftime. This honestly sounds like a late April Fools' joke. What the hell is going on in your department? 🤡
@KingHaiX Writing "The myth of FACEIT Anti-Cheat being a good one will soon be busted" in the same post as "I've been trying to get access to it for over 2 years".
Do people read their posts before posting them? 😂
@FACEITcs What the actual fuck is going on? This season started in April, and you're already planning to start the next one after not even four months?
Hell, I know people who still haven't even finished their placements. 😭
@Aluminaticsgo@FACEITcs If I am not mistaken it was: Cache Event - Standard Match - Veteran & Verified Enabled Here is the link to the match:
