This is Sandra J. Doorley, District Attorney of Monroe County NY. In 2024 She was pulled over for going 55 in a 35.
Instead of pulling over she drives to her home. The officer follows her. She refuses to comply with him and proceeds to call his boss instead . She is heard saying she "doesn't care" that she was speeding, and further she "will prosecute herself and rip up the ticket"

Yes, there are many good police officers and
prosecutors out there, but this is an example of why we have a problem in this country. She later plead guilty to the ticket and paid the fine however, once people saw the officer's body cam footage they wanted her to resign. She refused and instead, Gov Hochul censured her .. BIG DEAL 🙄

The medium-duty trucks were developed in partnership with autonomous trucking company Gatik. They operate on highly repeatable, short-haul routes between bottling plants, distribution centers, and retailers like Walmart and Dollar General.

According to PepsiCo, the trucks have had zero accidents on public roads. They use advanced sensors, cameras, and lidar to detect hazards, achieving a 99% on-time delivery rate.
The Human Role: While the trucks drive themselves, humans are still involved in the supply chain. PepsiCo employees meet the trucks at the stores to unload the beverages and snacks. Human sales reps are also freed up from driving to spend more time interacting with store owners to pitch promotions. [1
