🔹 New PSI Recruitment Rules (RR) — મુખ્ય મુદ્દાઓ
📌નવા RR માં કોઈ મોટો ફેરફાર ધ્યાને આવેલ નથી. જૂની જ પદ્ધતિ યથાવત છે
👉PSI માં હવે 20 ગણા ઉમેદવાર ના પેપર જ ચેક થશે..!

1. મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા (Main Exam) નું પેપર-1 ઓબ્જેક્ટિવ (MCQ) પ્રકારનું હશે અને પેપર-2 વર્ણનાત્મક (Descriptive) પ્રકારનું હશે.

2. પેપર-1 (General Studies – MCQ) માં PART-A અને PART-B બંનેમાં અલગ-અલગ ઓછામાં ઓછા 40% ગુણ મેળવવા જરૂરી છે.એટલે કે બંને ભાગમાં 40% માર્ક્સ અલગથી લાવવાના રહેશે, જોડીને નહીં.

3. પેપર-2 (ગુજરાતી અને અંગ્રેજી ભાષા કુશળતા – વર્ણનાત્મક) માટે પણ ઓછામાં ઓછા 40% ગુણ મેળવવા જરૂરી છે.

4. પેપર-2 (Descriptive) ચેક કરવા માટે, કુલ ખાલી જગ્યાની સંખ્યા જેટલા ઉમેદવાર હોય તેના લગભગ 20 ગણાને ચેકિંગ માટે પસંદ કરવામાં આવશે.
પરંતુ આ ઉમેદવારો તે જ હશે જેમણે પેપર-1 ના PART-A અને PART-B માં અલગ-અલગ ઓછામાં ઓછા 40% માર્ક્સ મેળવ્યા છે.

જો 40% કરતા વધુ લાવનાર ઉમેદવારોની સંખ્યા બહુ ઓછી હશે, તો કુલ જેટલા યોગ્ય ઉમેદવારો છે એ બધા ઉમેદવારોના પેપર-2 ચેક થશે.

એટલે કે “20 ગણાં ઉમેદવાર” અથવા “યોગ્ય ઉમેદવારોની કુલ સંખ્યા” — તેમાં જે ઓછું હોય તે મુજબ પેપર-2 ચેક થશે.
