@Robhereagain@svas_oldwarden@ShuttleworthTru I think its part of the paint scheme, in order to make it looked 'aged' during filming, a similar weathered effect was applied on the last temporary scheme.
Amazing effort by all @Shuttleworth_OW and @svas_oldwarden to organise a second amazing drive in airshow, as always a perfect day out! Can't wait until september! #airshow#AvGeek#aviation

It is with a heavy heart & incredible sadness to advise the tragic news that Battle of Britain hero Archie McInnes sadly passed away last night, just hours after celebrating his 100th birthday amongst friends & family. An inspiration & hero of a man - rest in peace dear Archie 💔

A quote from our friend Dan Stijovich "26, 27 Feb'19, a memorable couple days to say the least..." Dan was able to shoot great footage from F-117A Nighthawks above Death Valley (CA). Check our report https://t.co/ECLXng3MLy #F117#USAF#Nighthawk#DeathValley#aviation#stealth
For the first time since 6th November 1986 XT761 (G-WSEX) engages the main rotor
A huge step forward towards first flight, testing will continue, stay (rotor)tuned..........
Today the CAA issued XT761 with her permit to fly.
The whole team has worked extremely hard and this is an historic moment that we are all very proud of.
It has been a massive effort from all involved to reach this stage.
After the sad new that Sqn Ldr Geoffrey Wellum DFC died on Wednesday, we are dedicating this weekend’s flypasts to his memory. The photo shows him with our Mk IIa Spitfire marked in his Battle of Britain 92 Sqn colours. Lest We Forget.
As promised, here is some "Merlin Magic" for a Monday Evening. V7497 comes to life! A few of our past projects were seen in action at Duxford this weekend as part of Flying Legends, pictures of that to follow.
