🚨 $1,313 PAYOUT REJECTED & ACCOUNTS BANNED — ALPHA CAPITAL

• Another trader has raised serious concerns about Alpha Capital Group’s CID enforcement.

According to trader @sbbhtrader:

• Sept 24: Requested an $867 payout.
• Oct 5: Alpha approved and paid the payout after a Risk Team interview.
• Oct 8: Requested a second payout of $1,313.
• Oct 12: Accounts were banned over an allegedly shared device identifier (CID).

• The trader disputes the allegation and says Alpha has not clearly explained when the device overlap occurred or how he supposedly operated another user’s account.

• He is now asking for the evidence, the contractual basis for the ban, and an explanation for the withheld payout.

• The key question: If a Risk Team interview was completed and the first payout was approved, what new evidence led to the subsequent ban?

• Alpha Capital should provide a clear explanation and a fair review.

Transparency matters. Traders deserve evidence, not unanswered questions.
