@kurrent14 I agree with you that while it did disrupt and changed one of the method it is not the only way we gather around to form a bond with members with community.
@averylittle1941 I agree that i don't understand what my peers have to say as I never heard of the show they watch. However, that does not necessarily mean we cannot connect as I can find interrst and want to hear more and form a connection that way. It does not have to be at the same time.
However, kids now days are more likely to stay indoor and watch TV shows instead of bonding with other members of community. Adults are more focused on famous dramas or News reports from cable instead of what others have to say.
Cable has disrupt sense of community as people are more focused on shows and media rather than bonding with neighbors and family. When I was younger, kids from neighborhood would gather around in playground and play together without even knowing each other. #Media1801D02
@ljonathan180 I agree that social media is good for freedom of speech. Sometimes, I can't even trust informations from news media becuase they are also biased. With the pros and cons of social media, I will never expect to gain real knowledge from here.
@DenisseMar35985 I agree with you. There are so many conspiracy theories I see that I usually ignore tweets on politics. Different people say different things about same topic. It is so hard to find trustworthy informations, especially becuase how fast the information spreads without evidence
We often see people changing side every second with new 'biased' informations and evidences being released. It is important for us to remain silent and observe the situation before taking a side based on sns.
Social media can both foster and harm the political system of democracy and the principle of freedom. While many sns platforms allows people to express and share their opinions, it is hard to tell which information is actually trustworthy.

Everyone's voice is heard just as democratic society should be, but most informations are biased, and some spreads fake news to confuse or make he opponents to be seen less worthy. Nowadays, people have to think twice before deciding who's message we should listen to.
