Shameless @RailMadad and @IRCTCofficial who are not willing to answer my query on unfair TDR claim rejection. Both just asking me to just check the issue with other party. No accountability on a train late for more than 3 hrs but my claim is rejected since I was late by 1 min.

My train was delayed by over 3 hrs and I had to take a taxi. I raised a TDR 100001265111760 citing “Train Late More Than 3 Hours" for PNR 8639139990, but it was rejected as I submitted it just 1 min after departure. Please review this unfair rejection.

@IRCTCofficial You have given the same reason for which I have raised concern. My request is rejected because I was late by a minute to raise the TDR but it's absolutely ok for the train to be late by more than 3 hours
There has to be some accountability on @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @PMOIndia

@FurlencoSupport I have not received any feedback on my request 30121505 raised for damaged Tv unit sent to me since first day, 30th December 2024. Please take away this product if you can't replace it and refund the whole amount. Faulty product and terible service.
