@monzo this is through your bank account I have RAC. You guys are known to reply, I don't know if someone there has contact with RAC, but this is just horrendous service from them. Quite the contrary to what your brand stands for.

I booked @TheRAC_UK through the app, as advised, at 745am on Friday 20th February.

The woman I just spoke to told me I haven't booked a recovery. Adament, then I told her I have screenshots from the last 24 hours in which I have been waiting, and she checked "the other system"... Miraculously she found me on there.
@sophiearumble I find this to be true on, and offline. "immerse" is a tremendous word for such a sentence.
The good people are always around, and "there" regardless of relationship status, but the needy are having their needs met I guess?!
@EE I've been all through this several times. Now I have got a message telling me I have an amount owing on my account. Except I don't.
On hold on the phone for the second hour today, alredy put in 3 hours a day the last two days too.
Cannot wait until March 17 when I am done with the broadband from @EE
Regressively worse over the years, and so, so expensive.
Why bother with broadband? The mobile network is the best by far, but the landline service "BT" is terrible.
Quite sure it isn't a coincidence that since @EE and @BT "merged" EE have gotten worse, and unbelievably worse still.
Website is terrible, customer service is pretty much non-existent, the online chat might as well be connected to my cats house, and she's dead!
@ThreeUK seem to have sneakily removed voicemail from their PAYG packages. Must be a recent thing, as it's only on the last top up it's become an issue.
Funny how that's not mentioned in the marketing literature isn't it?
Maybe they are just as bad as the others after all!
