1) In the past 4 years, Rep. Grothman (R-WI06) has taken 13 trips to Arizona (4 by February 2020, 9 since then) at taxpayer expense, purportedly re: border patrol. But border patrol is located in Tucson; Grothman’s trips seem to be to entirely different cities in Arizona.
