@holyhomemaking I will say, I was so lucky. I weighed less at my second postpartum appointment than I did when I got pregnant and lost more due to breast feeding. (I really needed to) of course as soon as I stopped breast feeding I started gaining it back :( good luck!!

@SamaHoole In defense, when I make jerky I use ground beef that is 93/7 as I found that to give the best texture. I am sure there are other examples where higher or lower ratios are preferred.
