This is a Hit job. If they dissented then why was there no dissent attached to the final Order? Why did they vote unanimously for the final order? If they were pushed around why did not even one of them resign?
This is a grossly exaggerated Hit Job prima facie.
Supreme court judgements have some judges dissenting. It is carried by majority. Parliament votes by majority. Here all 3 are party to the final order with no visible dissent.

This video, sent to me on 2 September 2026, is from the HPCL & HMEL refinery near Kanakwal village, Bathinda which produces petroleum fuels and petrochemicals.

According to local residents, Kanakwal village alone has more than 50 cancer patients, and skin diseases are reportedly affecting many children. Residents even say that at night, the flames and gas emissions are so intense that it feels like daytime.

Thousands of people living nearby believe the refinery is violating pollution norms and that harmful emissions are being released without adequate monitoring or accountability.

Please repost and share this so it reaches the higher authorities. Sometimes public attention is the only way to ensure an issue is properly investigated! Atleast for humanity sake!
