🚨BREAKING: Postmaster General David Steiner told senators that, under a new proposed rule, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) will not deliver mail ballots unless states hand over their voter lists to the Trump administration https://t.co/WA59TUHa59
Capitalism ruins literally everything 😄 twitter went from daily ranting logs to just a tailored engagement farming app like ppl are just saying anything rn for pennies 😅
This is the stupidity we're talking about: She got an abortion after helping ban them. Blamed the democrats for the struggle she had to get one. And doesn't want interviews talking about it to be public.
Absolutely insane revelations about Tulsi Gabbard.
Throughout her public life, she's been a puppet for a Hindu cult.
Washington Post got access to 25,000 pages of documents including directives from Tulsi Gabbard's cult leader telling her which policy positions to take and how to present herself throughout her career.
It matches her record in Congress. At one point, she was instructed to say "It’s not a ‘boohoo, I don’t get to go to the party’ situation, Wolf" during a CNN interview, and used that exact phrase. This is one of several examples of her taking direct orders about what to say on TV. They told her what to tweet about too.
The cult set up fake accounts to boost her on social media. Gabbard was aware, at one point telling them to add a photo to a profile.
An email records a phone call where she was yelled at, but Tulsi is reminded at the end that "we still love you."
This woman was always a freak, which is why she ended up in the MAGA coalition. Anti-vaxxers, criminals, racist, and a woman in a weird cult all end up as allies. Trumpism is Kakistocracy.
The Trump administration just paid Invenergy $765 million to cancel four wind projects. That brings the running total to roughly $2.5 billion in taxpayer money spent to stop energy from being built.
Think about that.
At a time when electricity demand is rising, the Trump administration is spending billions to reduce the amount of power that could reach the grid.
Trump has spent years attacking wind turbines as ugly and inefficient. He is entitled to his opinions about how they look. He is not entitled to make taxpayers finance those opinions.
Seven states have already sued over earlier agreements. Federal courts have repeatedly found legal defects in this administration’s efforts to halt offshore wind development. The administration has cited national security concerns while providing little public evidence to support them, and judges have said they were not convinced.
Strip away the politics and what remains is hard to defend.
Billions in taxpayer money paid to private companies to cancel planned energy projects during a period of rising demand.
Governments usually spend money to build things.
This administration is spending billions to make sure some things never get built.

Trump's family crypto business is expected to soon be allowed to operate like a bank — a decision, made by the Trump administration, that would give U.S. companies a new route to steer money to the president.
"For the first time in history, a president is leaning on a bank regulator to give his private enterprise the implicit backing of the federal government." https://t.co/Kq7ToFVZgi
The Reflecting Pool is a perfect metaphor for the Trump administration:
- Ignore experts and science
- Overspend
- Declare early, historic victory
- "THE LEFT HATE THIS"
- Ends in total failure
- Unfounded conspiracies about sabotage
- MAGA pretends it doesn't actually matter
ICE has revised its rules to say that detainees who work in custody aren't even required to get $1 per day, after a request from private prison giant Geo Group.
Geo Group also asked ICE to remove lines saying contractors needed to follow state and local laws around the treatment of detainees, asked ICE amend language to support its legal position in these cases, and asked that the standards specify that detainees are not employees of the facilities where they work.
In addition to removing the dollar per day minimum, ICE's new national standards complied with several of Geo Group's other requests, for instance the document now says detainees are not employees “and are not entitled to wages or benefits under applicable wage laws or labor regulations.”

This is an astonishing document. Not a single war aim has been achieved, but Iran receives enormous financial incentives, and even Hezbollah gets some benefits. What an absolute disaster. https://t.co/uj3990eh6q
$300 billion is 5 X as much as Congress spends on our roads & bridges annually. I’m tired of winning.
The U.S.A. “undertakes with regional partners to develop a definitive, mutually agreed plan with at least $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of” Iran.
Trump looked into the camera and said of the ballroom, “This is taxpayer-free. We have no taxpayer putting up 10 cents.”
Three weeks earlier, his own contractor had already put it in writing. The ballroom would cost $600 million, with half of it from you, the taxpayer.
Trump knew. He said it anyway.
This administration has no problem shortchanging Medicaid or food for kids.
But $300 million for a ballroom and a private bunker? Found that money instantly.
I am an appropriator. I see the budget. This was never about what we can afford. It is about who they choose to spend it on.
I will fight this in every hearing, every markup, every vote, until the last dime is accounted for.
Most of my Republican colleagues are silent while the public is robbed in broad daylight.
Where in the hell are they?

New: Trump’s crypto firm expected to soon get US bank charter
Would allow US firms to settle transactions in Trump’s stablecoin, giving Trump family a cut, without disclosure
No announcement but expectation across Hill & industry is coming within weeks

Stephen Miller wants to flip a switch and erase one of your oldest rights.
It’s called habeas corpus.
Fancy words but a simple idea that the government can’t just grab you and lock you away. It has to prove to a judge why you’re behind bars. That right is 800 years old.
It’s older than America itself.
And Miller tried to kill it.
New reporting confirms it. Inside the White House, Miller pushed to suspend habeas corpus so agents could seize people, detain them, and deport them with no judge, no hearing, no chance to say “you’ve got the wrong guy.”
Even Trump’s own lawyers put in writing that this is illegal. Miller pushed anyway.
Miller screams “invasion” because the Constitution only allows this sort of thing during an invasion. But this same crowd brags every day that border crossings hit record lows. So which is it?
The right to challenge your own detention is the line between a republic and a regime. Lose it, and the government can disappear anyone.
I will fight this with everything I have.
The Constitution is not optional.
Not for Stephen Miller. Not for anyone.
