@MerlinapUK looked to book splash landings hotel for a night, on Alton Towers site its £149 with no passholder discount, when I go via my merlin holiday club & use my pass number it comes up with a room for £149 (usually £175) so im not really getting a discount on a £149 room!

@AskSmythsToys just purchased a bike from in store, did not want the bike built, store only had 2 both of which were made up, as they were already built I was charged £10, when told I would have to pay it I felt very pressured & didn't want to keep others waiting or upset my son
