#SaveOurServices no one wants to strike, but EPs are burning out. Recruitment and retention is a massive issue and it impacts our ability to support children and young people in need. We need change, urgently!
As I'm not eligible to take industrial action (not Soulbury paid), I am aiming to support the action by raising awareness and showing solidarity.

@beccygibsonk It’s hard to tell as there are so many factors at play - feedback has been positive though and there have been success stories of people achieving a place after years of trying. I think, as a profession, we need to be addressing things earlier though (e.g. YP in schools / uni)
