Our Chronos-PD preprint is out! 🧵
We linked people with Parkinson's to their plasma donations and tracked their changing proteome over time - many samples from before clinical diagnosis.

It's been a while since I posted what I've been up to these past couple of years, and now we are finally able to reveal Chronos-PD's pre-print!
Chronos-PD is a framework that allows detection and analysis of some of the earliest molecular changes in Parkinson's disease.
We are so excited to share our work, a collaboration of over 50 authors led by @golob and @tomiko22 leveraging public microbiome data and crowdsourcing approaches to predict preterm birth, published in @CellRepMed today: https://t.co/tRhvQtvDmy @UCSFPrecision @UCSF_BCHSI
