@DrtLmbrt @MassTheMerc @romtaah22744 I always took it as, the Spartans with all of their augmentations and armor, are closer to what the Forerunners/Humans were before we fired the rings and reset our evolution backwards. Kinda like a self inflicted punishment because we couldn’t beat the Flood.
