Very happy to see this work in print @NatureComms. We used a combination of classical microbiology, whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics tools to describe epidemiology of invasive Klebsiella pneumoniae archived as part of routine surveillance form a medical centre. 1/2.
We visited the International School Ibadan today to educate the secondary school students on Antimicrobial Resistance.
As expected, they had very intriguing questions which we answered.

@runhuahan Hi, for our type of research, we prefer to pool quite a number (multiplex) and sequence for its maximum time after which we wash the flow cells and return.
For the wash,We don’t do anything extra, we just follow the wash protocol.
