Every indigenous community round the world needs this very freedom. Not Just Cuban people, the Biafran people also needs to be free from vandals and primitivity. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu a Brit his citizen and also a Biafra activist was extraordinarily rendition from Kenya to Nigeria since 2021. He also needs this freedom. The world must protect the rights of indigenous communities round the world without being biased towards any.

I ask again, where are all those that flew all the way to Finland to redeclare the independent state of Biafra today?
Am still wondering, how Oge Nkere was able to use Biafrans money that was kept in his possession to buy half of everyone here.

As OMOYELE SOWORE appears in Court today over charges of insulting President Tinubu, let me say this: Like Tinubu, Sowore is a politician & a presidential candidate & thus entitled to the privilege of criticizing Tinubu, even insultingly. Prosecuting him for such is plain wrong.
Dear President @officialABAT,
Our International Law Division at Pan African Forum Ltd & Associates is an interested party in both of the following matters before international legal forums in London.
CASE 1: NNAMDI KANU VS NIGERIA
On June 19, 2021, the late President Buhari abducted and renditioned Nnamdi Kanu from an East African country over 5,000 miles away under the cover of darkness to face trial in Nigeria.
He was brought before the very same Nigerian courts that later struck out part of the charges. Yet, instead of respecting the rule of law, your administration chose to re-arrest him and prosecute him again.
It is a matter of public record that, under your administration, judicial decisions, both domestic and international, calling for Nnamdi Kanu’s release have not been implemented. This includes the judgment of a Kenyan court, which found that he had been abducted from Kenya and ordered his return for lawful extradition proceedings.
CASE 2: THE NERA 10 – ABDUCTION, RENDITION & VIOLATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF NON-REFOULEMENT
In 2018, the late General Buhari, working with the Government of Cameroon, ordered the arrest abduction of the NERA 10, Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) professors, lawyers, and UNHCR-recognized refugees living in Abuja.
They were abducted and forcibly handed over to Cameroon in blatant violation of the international principle of non-refoulement.
The UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention ruled against Nigeria. We have filed further legal proceedings to reinforce the implementation of that decision and are awaiting the final stage before enforcement measures are initiated.
Governments may possess military power, but the law has a longer memory than politics. International justice does not expire, and accountability cannot be postponed indefinitely.
Today, I place the world on notice that we are actively pursuing these cases before international courts.
Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Cameroon 🇨🇲 must honour judicial decisions, comply with international law, and demonstrate respect for the rule of law.
As you prepare for your visit to the White House, you should also be prepared to answer questions about these unresolved international legal matters.
