#WATCH | Churachandpur, Manipur | Young Pillars College Principal and MD, Samuel Haokip, says, "Among the 14 that were abducted, there's a boy named Hengunsei Khongsai, a student of Young Pillars College. He had just completed his class 11 final exams. Now, Hengunsei is still a minor. He's only 16 years of age. He also has a disability and he's essentially an orphan. His mother left him when he was a child and his father passed away this January. Now, his friends have started their class 12 a week ago. He could not come. He's still in Taphou village. He was in Taphou village to earn his fare money, just to come from his village to Lamka... I earnestly appeal to the government at the state and the centre, to all the security agencies and to all right-thinking community leaders across the region. Please put an end to this madness... Let us release all the hostages on all sides, including our boy, Hengunsei Khongsai... On the 14th of May, as I've been given to understand by his family members, Hengunsei Khongsai, along with his friends and village members were earning money as a daily wage labourer. On their way home to their village, they were stopped, in front of Mount Everest College, Senapati, where they were stopped by Senapati District Student Association (SDSA) members. There were also police members present there, security personnel. Instead of protecting Hengunsei Khongsai and his friends and his villagers, the security people have handed over these civilians into the hands of the SDSA... All involved parties, including the SDSA student leaders as well as the police personnel involved in that incident must be investigated and they must be held accountable for whatever happens to Hengunsei Khongsai and the abducted 14 members."
KSO Delhi & NCR protested at Jantar Mantar against the killing of 3 Kuki-Zo pastors, abduction of 14 Kuki-Zo men, and continued violence allegedly carried out by Tangkhul-led NSCN-IM terrorists and proxies in Manipur.

Following the brutal killing of the three Kuki Baptist pastors, more tragic reports have emerged. Reliable sources confirm that several innocent villagers were abducted and are being held hostage by militants, deepening the fear and grief within the community.
We urgently call on the concerned authorities to act immediately, restore peace, and ensure the safe release of all abducted hostages.

If the police had arrested him when he manhandled a woman last month, we would not have reached this stage.
Never spare a crimeโwhether committed by your own kins or clans. Shielding wrongdoing today only fuels the fire that will eventually consume you, somewhere, somehow.
14 Kuki civilians remain unaccounted for in the Senapati hostage crisis in Manipur. Families are waiting in fear and uncertainty as disturbing reports continue to emerge from the ground. We pray for their safe and immediate release. #Manipur#Kuki@AmitShah@HMOIndia@MDoNER_India
Manipur: Kangpokpi rallied in the streets today, demanding the immediate, unconditional release of 14 Kuki hostages seized from police custody by SDSA and NSCN-IM.
Such acts constitute grave human rights violations and collapse of rule of law.
Release the hostages now ! !
A minor with muscular dystrophy. 3 students among 14 hostages still held. No contact nor accountability. If student bodies can abduct civilians while authorities stay silent, Manipur has lost law and humanity.
NSCN-IM under the SDSA facade must release all hostages immediately.
An orphan. Only 16. Living with a 38% disability. He worked daily wages during school holidays just to survive poverty, only to be kidnapped by NSCN-IM militants on May 13. Heโs 1 of 14 helpless Kuki hostages missing .
Praying for his safe return. Please spare the child.
