🚨 Kuki Inpi Chandel opposes any land swap deal between the Govt of India and Myanmar
We strongly reject any proposal of “territorial exchange” along the India-Myanmar border in Chandel District.
Our ancestral land is not a commodity for bargaining. Decisions affecting our homes, farms and future cannot be taken without the free, prior and informed consent of the Kuki people.
No consultation with Kuki civil bodies or border communities is unacceptable.
Kuki Inpi Chandel demands an immediate halt to any unilateral process and full transparency before any demarcation is finalised.

The infographic presents allegations that a section of the NSCN (Muivah) leadership exploited the ongoing Manipur conflict to expand violence beyond a local ethnic conflict into a wider security issue affecting Northeast India. It cites investigative documents, including an NIA chargesheet, Ministry of Home Affairs notifications, and Manipur Police investigation reports, to argue that there were alleged links involving cross-border networks, the movement of arms, and militant activities. These allegations are matters of investigation and legal proceedings, and the final determination rests with the courts.
According to the infographic, the alleged objective was not only to intensify unrest in Manipur but also to destabilize the region by exploiting existing ethnic tensions. It claims that militant networks operating across the India–Myanmar border were involved in supporting armed activities and that this contributed to the expansion of the conflict. The timeline included in the infographic highlights events from 2023 to 2026, referring to reported arrests, investigative findings, the filing of an NIA chargesheet, and subsequent police investigations under provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The infographic further argues that attacks on civilians and security personnel, along with the alleged supply of weapons and cross-border movement of militants, transformed the situation into a matter of national security. It emphasizes that the Government of India and security agencies should continue thorough investigations, strengthen border security, dismantle illegal militant networks, and ensure that all those found responsible through due legal process are held accountable.
At the same time, it is important to distinguish between allegations contained in investigative documents and findings established by a court. A chargesheet or investigation reflects the investigating agency's allegations and evidence, but guilt or criminal responsibility can only be determined through judicial proceedings.

Thingkhongjang a Kuki Village was attacked in broad daylight by #NSCN Kacha-Naga Militants despite the presence of an F Coy of 86 Battalion CRPF stationed within the village. Their failure to intervene resulted with a young child & an elderly woman injured by bullets & shrapnel.
The organisation alleged that the attack took place despite the presence of personnel from the 86th Battalion, F Company, in the vicinity, and questioned the effectiveness of the security deployment in the area.

JUSTICE FOR THE THREE KUKI PASTORS – CALL FOR AN IMMEDIATE NIA INVESTIGATION
The tragic killing of three Kuki pastors in Kangpokpi District remains a matter of deep concern for the Kuki community and all those who believe in justice, human rights, and the sanctity of civilian lives.
We urge the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to conduct a comprehensive, impartial, and transparent investigation into the ambush that claimed the lives of these three respected religious leaders. Their families, churches, and communities deserve truth, accountability, and justice.
Serious allegations have been raised regarding the involvement of NSCN-IM, NSCN Eastern Flank, ZUF (Kamson Group), and Shan National Army/Junta-linked elements operating along routes near Liangmai-inhabited areas of Kangpokpi District. These allegations require immediate and independent investigation by the competent authorities.
The Kuki community has consistently expressed concern over reports of armed groups allegedly moving through border regions, carrying sophisticated weapons, intimidating civilians, disrupting transportation routes, and contributing to insecurity in parts of Manipur.
The brutal killing of innocent pastors, attacks on civilians, and destruction of ancestral villages in Kangpokpi, Ukhrul, and Kamjong districts cannot be ignored. Any individuals or organizations found responsible must be held accountable under the law.
We therefore demand:
• A time-bound NIA investigation into the killing of the three Kuki pastors.
• Identification and prosecution of all perpetrators involved in the ambush.
• Investigation into allegations concerning NSCN-IM, NSCN Eastern Flank, ZUF (Kamson Group), and Shan National Army/Junta-linked actors.
• Enhanced security measures along vulnerable routes to ensure the safety of civilians, religious leaders, and travellers.
• Strengthening of border management mechanisms to address concerns regarding the alleged movement of foreign-origin armed elements across the Indo–Myanmar border.
• Justice, accountability, and protection for all affected communities.
The memories of the three pastors must never be forgotten. Justice delayed is justice denied.
Truth. Justice. Accountability. Peace.

An archival document dated 17 September 1947 is the historical role of the Kuki-Zo people in the political evolution of Manipur. A distribution list of the Manipur Constitution Making Committee, indicates that several prominent Kuki-Zo leaders were directly involved in the constitutional deliberations that helped shape the state's future during the pre-merger period.
Six Kuki-Zo representatives held positions as members or advisors within the committee:
- Pu Tiankham Paite — B.A., C.O., Member
- Pu K. Teba Kilong — Member
- Pu Thangkhopao Kipgen — B.A., C.O., Member
- Pu Dr. Kampu Gangte — Advisor
- Pu Thangkhai — Advisor
- Pu S.L. Lunneh — President, Kuki National Assembly (K.N.A.), Advisor
The presence of these leaders in one of Manipur’s earliest constitutional bodies is cited as evidence of the longstanding political participation and institutional contribution of the Kuki-Zo community in the state's governance.
The historical record challenges narratives portraying the Kuki-Zo people as recent entrants or outsiders to Manipur. Instead, it points to the involvement of educated Kuki-Zo leaders in the constitution-making process as an indication of their established presence and role in shaping the political foundations of the state.
The archival record has since become part of a wider discussion on Manipur’s history, identity and the contributions of the Kuki-Zo community to the state's constitutional and political development.

Like any other leader of the secessionist Tangkhul and meitei communities, the fake pastor @ashang_kasar is a secessionist by nature. His nature of inciting war against the @mygovindia in pursuit of a sovereign Manipur is now published for all to see.

A deeply disturbing call for violence has emerged, with an individual reportedly urging Nagas in Imphal to attack RIMS Hospital, deny treatment to injured Kuki patients, and prevent them from leaving alive.
Such statements constitute a direct threat to human life and a gross violation of fundamental human rights and medical ethics.Hospitals are places of healing and must never become targets of ethnic hatred or violence.
The authorities must immediately assess the security situation and take all necessary measures to protect the injured patients currently undergoing treatment. Given the seriousness of these threats, the immediate transfer of vulnerable patients to a secure location should be considered to ensure their safety and uninterrupted medical care.
Urging law enforcement agencies to investigate the matter without delay and take appropriate action against anyone inciting violence or endangering the lives of patients.Every individual, regardless of ethnicity, has the right to receive medical treatment in safety and dignity.
Threats against patients are unacceptable in any civilized society and must be condemned unequivocally.

Manipur: A Tangkhul from Hungpung, Ukhrul was caught with 26 soap cases of heroin under Moirang PS. Meiteis who pretend to loudly speak on drugs will stay silent now because some peddlers get a free pass in the state. It’s time such cases received national attention. @NENowNews
Why So Much Hatred? Where Is the Christian Conscience?
Three innocent Kuki students were injured in the attack on Leilon Munlui Village allegedly carried out by NSCN-IM and ZUF-K. This raises a painful question: Why so much hatred against innocent Kuki civilians and villages?
Those who claim to be Christians should reflect on the teachings of love, mercy, and compassion. Attacking innocent students and civilians can never be justified. We strongly condemn this violence and demand justice for the victims and protection for all vulnerable communities.

🆘️Despite explicit warnings from @DGP_Nagaland, Kidongam Panmei (@ Victor) from Kohima, has been caught red-handed impersonating a Kuki under a fake identity.
Operating under this fraudulent Kuki persona, Mr Panmei deliberately sought to weaponised communal division & manufacture hatred against the Kukis by actively & aggressively provoking the Tangkhuls, Zeliangrongs & Manipur Nagas, with the explicit goal of sabotaging Peace & deepening ethnic hostility in Manipur.
■The danger here cannot be overstated because Mr. Panmei not an obscure instigator on the internet, he is the current Joint Secretary of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (@INCNagaland) , a prominent leader of the Rongmei Naga Youth Organisation (RNYO) & former General Secretary of the BJP ST Morcha's Nagaland unit, @STM4Nagaland.
🚨Nagaland Police must act swiftly & firmly against this dangerous provocateur before his calculated & poisonous campaign succeeds in igniting further conflict & bloodshed in the region.
