انگلینڈ میں امام الحق کی انجری کے معاملے پر پی سی بی کی جانب سے دوبارہ تحقیقات کا امکان ہے، امام الحق کی 2025 میں نیوزی لینڈ دورے کے دوران مبینہ انجری بھی جعلی نکلی تھی، مارچ 2025 میں انڈور نیٹ سیشن کے دوران امام الحق کے دائیں پاؤں کے انگوٹھے پر گیند لگی تھی، ایکسرے میں امام الحق کے انگوٹھے میں فریکچر یا ہڈی کے اپنی جگہ سے ہٹنے کے شواہد نہیں ملے تھے، میڈیکل ٹیم کی ہدایت کے باوجود امام الحق کے مبینہ طور پر افطار کے لیے پیدل جانے کا انکشاف ہوا،امام الحق نے انگوٹھے میں شدید درد اور سیاہ نشان پڑنے کی شکایت کی تھی،پی سی بی انکوائری کمیٹی کے مطابق سیاہ مادہ قدرتی خون کے بجائے سیاہی یا مارکر کا نشان تھا، امام الحق نے انکوائری کمیٹی کے سامنے انگوٹھے پر سیاہی یا مصنوعی مادہ لگانے سے انکار کیا تھا، امام الحق نگرانی میں لنگڑاتے جبکہ نظروں سے اوجھل ہونے پر معمول کے مطابق چلتے دکھائی دیے، کمیٹی کے مطابق امام الحق نے میڈیکل عملے کو گمراہ کرنے کی کوشش کی، ماضی کے تنازعے میں امام الحق کے نیوزی لینڈ کی مشکل اور تیز پچز پر اوپننگ سے گریز کرنے کا الزام بھی سامنے آیا تھا،

I didn’t know much about the Pakistani media before today, but it seems there are two camps:

* Those who recite the facts that previously happened in an objective summary

* 99% who seem just eager to praise Pakistan and saying “big announcement coming…” every 20 minutes

The most reliable news out of Pakistan has basically been Al-Jazeera - a sentence I never thought I’d say a decade ago.

We can’t trust Axios or Fox.

WSJ and NYT aren’t giving breaking updates.

The local media has too much government interference apparently.

Tasmin has been more transparent but is government aligned Iranian source so you can’t fully take that at face value.

Truly wild how far the standards globally on journalism have fallen, and I hope it’s something that can be repaired.

He declined to weigh in on Pakistan’s 2 week deadline extension request – saying he’s about to be briefed fully on it - but said: “I can say this - that I know him very well. He's a highly respected man, all over”

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt says, "The President has been made been aware of the proposal, and a response will come."
