Personal Statement:
Begin writing in June to allow ample time for edits and revisions.
USMLE Step 3:
Aim to complete by mid-August to ensure results are available before application submission(if it's in your plan).
Program Selection:
Initiate the process between July and August.
Letters of Recommendation (LORs):
Contact mentors for LORs by July at the latest.
Letter of Interest (LOI):
Draft a concise, program-specific LOI in August, and consider sending a follow-up in September after applications are submitted.
