@OkalaNQT Why run stats on third-party data when your charting platform already has the ticks loaded — gaps, VPOC tests, VA tests, overnight high/low tests, the whole tape?
🚨BREAKING: Lee Zeldin announces that the AUTO STOP/START FEATURE manufacturers are forced to put in cars is DONE. OVER. FINISHED. No more having your car randomly die until you hit that STUPID button.
WE'RE SO BACK!!! 🇺🇸🦅🔥
3 different JPMorgan private planes.
New York to Buenos Aires.
Same time/day.
A total of 5 passengers.
Is this decadence, inefficiency, or are the executives so essential that they can't risk all being on the same plane?
Meanwhile, Jamie Dimon on climate change:
"The window for action to avert the costliest impacts of global climate change is closing. We need to do more, and we need to do so immediately."
"The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!" - President Donald J. Trump
The Treasury Sec and Fed Chair have met weekly probably for 75y. Breakfast, lunch, signal fires — doesn’t matter. It’s not news. It’s the job. Let us know when they stop meeting — that’s the real headline.
Scott Bessent on Bloomberg:
“Chair Powell and I have breakfast every week. We discuss a wide range of things, and we are a long way from any ‘break the glass’ situation.”
Bessent and Powell meeting every week.

DID I CRACK IT?
I think I figured out at least a chunk of the math.
It's trade deficit divided by their exports.
EU: exports 531.6, imports 333.4, deficit 198.2. 198.2/531.6 is 37, close to 39.
Israel: exports 22.2, imports 14.8, deficit 7.4. 7.4/22.2 is 33.
A single 25–30g dose of creatine not only reversed the cognitive deficits of 21 hours of sleep deprivation, but it also enhanced brain function beyond well-rested levels.
Accompanying this was an increase in brain creatine levels and high-energy phosphates—suggesting that high-dose creatine effectively gets into the brain, where it has rapid bioenergetic effects.
According to @darrencandow, this rapid effect on brain bioenergetics makes high-dose creatine a compelling candidate for treating conditions like TBI, dementia, and depression—where neuronal energy failure is a common feature.
Our brain requires massive amounts of energy to function optimally —and the more that the brain is stressed, the more creatine seems to come to the rescue.
Episode 100 of the FoundMyFitness podcast is live; it explores the emerging science of creatine for brain health, cognitive resilience, muscle strength, and bone density.
