In rural Nepal, dairy farmers face a major hurdle: limited access to veterinary services. This gap keeps yields low, often averaging under 1 ton per cow/year. 📉🐄

Rather than just treating sick animals, local Village Livestock Promoters provide hands-on training on feeding, breeding, and preventive care. 🩺💡

By introducing a digital feed-balancing tool, one local farmer boosted his buffalo’s milk production from 9L to 12L a day! 🥛📈

Because Village Livestock Promoters come from the communities they serve, they build trust quickly and bridge a crucial extension gap for smallholder farmers. 🤝👩‍🌾
